Fully Managed or Deployed in Your Environment
Sprinklenet hosts and operates your applications as a managed service, or deploys them in your own cloud account or network, where your team can own and run them. In both cases the work starts on site with your objectives, policies, and ground truth, and you control when your data connects.

Managed Operation
A purpose-built application on Knowledge Spaces, operated by a named senior team under service levels in Sprinklenet's managed cloud or a dedicated tenant, with new workflows added on the same platform. It starts with a Six-Week Pilot.
Request Managed OperationDelivery in Your Environment
A new application or an improvement to an existing system, built in your cloud account or network under your security controls, with documentation, runbooks, and training. Your team operates it, or Sprinklenet does alongside your team, and it starts with an Integration Review.
Request Delivery in Your EnvironmentForward-Deployed Engineers
Vetted senior engineers, from Sprinklenet or from a partner firm we train and support, on site with your team. We deliver as prime or as a subcontractor. It starts when you send the roles, the stack, and the start date.

You own your data and the application layer we build for you under the engagement. Knowledge Spaces is Sprinklenet's proprietary platform and is provided as a hosted service or under a commercial license.
On-Site Discovery
Engagements start on site with your objectives, policies, and ground truth. Ground truth means the authoritative sources and acceptance criteria the system will be held to. Discovery tests whether the data and documents behind each use case are current and ready before the build starts, and it produces a current-state assessment, a ranked use-case list, and a roadmap leadership can fund.
Connectors Ship in Phases, and You Control When Data Connects
We build and test each connector on synthetic data and ship it into your secure environment without touching your data. Your team sees the connector code, and each one documents its authenticated identity, permitted records, allowed actions, credential owner, and revocation process. Connectors start read-only on a bounded collection of approved sources, and you authorize each data source when it is ready to connect. Before more repositories are added, we test a permission removal and a withdrawn file.

Forward-Deployed Engineers
Senior engineers, vetted before they join your team and drawn from Sprinklenet or from a partner firm we train and support, work on site as part of your team through the build and the handover. We deliver as prime or as a subcontractor, and the application code, the documentation, and the working knowledge stay with your team.
How a Six-Week Pilot Runs
A senior Sprinklenet team scopes, builds, and deploys one governed workflow on Knowledge Spaces, with agreed metrics and acceptance criteria for each phase. At the end of six weeks, real users can use it, you have measured results, and leadership has a clear decision on expansion. Production follows your authorization.
- Weeks 1–2Scope and First BuildOn site with your team, we choose the workflow, success measures, systems, data, and governance requirements. Within two weeks of kickoff you see a first working version on public or synthetic data.
- Weeks 3–4Build and TestWe build the workflow inside a governed Knowledge Space and connect each data source when you authorize it.
- Weeks 5–6Deploy and MeasureWe put the pilot in front of real users with guardrails, the audit trail, and an expansion plan.
We Run It With You
When the Six-Week Pilot proves value, we stay on as your platform team, through a monthly engagement with a named senior team accountable for outcomes. We do not hand off and leave. We run the platform to production standard, with service levels covering incident response, disaster recovery, rollback, and sustainment, and we ship your next high-stakes workflow on the same governed platform with no rebuild. Where your team will operate the application, we provide runbooks, training, and scheduled knowledge transfer.
